exclusive khoodeelaaronline investigation into Tower Hamlets Council
Khoodeelaar! language of accountability dominates the Third Brady Centre humiliation of Michael Keith over “Crossrail hole collusion”!
an AADHIKARonline investigation
When Michael Keith, the ‘leader’ of the Tower Hamlets Council controlling group [also known as the ‘Blair Party Group of councillor’] arrived at the Brady Centre in Hanbury Street on Tuesday 25 April 2006, he had no idea that his political fate had been decided against him.
The Brady Centre is the venue of repeated incidents where Michael Keith is publicly humiliated
The humiliation on Tuesday was the third occasion when Keith was berated, insulted and told that he was corrupt.
The previous such occasion , when the language used against him was comparatively less direct, was on Sunday 22 January 2006.
It was then that the role Michael Keith had played as an agent of the Crossrail hole plan in the Brick Lane London E1 area was exposed extensively in the key-note speech delivered by Khoodeelaar! organiser Muhammad Haque
It was revealed at the Brady Centre KHOODEELAAR! meeting that it had been Keith who had on 30 June 2003 [almost 3 years previously] led a public lobbying of the UK Premier Tony Blair on behalf of the Crossrail interests!
So angry were people at that meeting that had Keith not surrendered [as he sought to do in his speech at the meeting which came much later after the Khoodeelaar! Organiser had spoken] there would have been quite possible unpleasant incidents against the councillors from the controlling group who attended the meeting.
Keith was a lame-duck ‘speaker’ at the same event after a list of other speakers.
But he never recovered from the expose of his character and role that had been done already
The first humiliation, which contained even more clear language than used on Keith on Tuesday [25 April 2006] was on Thursday 22 September 2005. .
That was at lunchtime and just outside the Brady Centre where Keith had been promoted as the ‘main speaker’ at the annual meeting of the Tower Hamlets Primary Health care Trust.
He was billed as that solely because of his position as the leader of the controlling group on Tower Hamlets Council.
But Keith had no chance of entering the Brady Centre by the front door.
Khoodeelaar! the Brick Lane London E1 area campaign against CrossRail hole plan had mounted a very vocal protest demonstration opposite the forint door that Keith had to go in by a back door.
It was on that occasion that Keith was told to resign from the Council and that the grounds for calling on him to resign included the facts of his collusion with the CrossRail prompting interests
Keith was told that he must apologise to the community for his lying conduct and for his abuse of his position as councillor with the particular Council ‘portfolio’ at the times of his abuses for the benefit of the CrossRail hole plotters against the East End.Keith then left the venue of the THPHC Annual meeting and decided to approach the Khoodeelaar! demonstrators, whose leader he then defamed as she spoke to another demonstrator whom he considered was accessible to him
As he did so, he perpetrated a defamation which is now the subject of legal action process.
Additionally, Keith was described as a liar and fabricator and as a pernicious, prejudiced violator of human rights
All the allegations against Keith have been substantiated throughout
It is against the background of those events that Tuesday’s humiliation of Michael Keith was so ‘popular’ at the same Brady Centre .
According to the sources speaking exclusively to AADHIKARonline on Wednesday [26 April 2006], the meeting was an election meeting –hustings- where all the known and listed participant groups at the scheduled 4 May 2006 council elections were invited.
The only UK-wide leader of any of the participating groupings to attend was George Galloway who turned up to speak for the RESPECT ‘party’.
Others present were from the Lib Dems Group their Tower Hamlets Council group leader Janet Ludlow and her colleague [who was, according to aadhikaronline sources] John Griffiths
From the controlling group were Michael Keith and his ‘deputy’ Abdus Shukur
The Tories too were represented
The problem for Michael Keith and his ‘deputy’ began as soon as Abdus Shukur began to speak
He was very loudly told to shut up
When he addressed the well attended meeting in a traditional Muslim way, ‘Assalamu Alaikum’ [a Peace greeting ], several members of the audience stood up, and started shouting at Abdus Shukur, calling him a ‘non-Muslim’ or worse.
They forbade him from claiming to be a Muslim and the shouting began
That was what the atmosphere was throughout the event.
Michael Keith was accused at the meeting of doing down the East End and of destroying the Tower Hamlets Council as any sort of forum for the community’s democratic representation.
He was accused of leading a bunch of crooks and he was called a crook himself.
At one point, a RESPECT member even mounted the stage and made physical threats, according to sources.
Michael Keith was seen pressing his fingers on the side of his head as if to contain the physical pain he was going through.
Whenever he attempted to say anything, he found that he was being asked to justify some more of his betrayals and blunders on Tower Hamlets Council.
,This aadhikaronline report continues throughout the day, Thursday 27 April 2006]
East End Council Lib Dems Group leader Janet Ludlow had a very tough time at the same Brady Centre meeting on Tuesday 25 April 2006.
But why?
As the leader of the main numerically the largest Group of Opposition councillors, shouldn’t’ she have found a platform that was more acceptable to the meeting than was the case with Ludlow’s ‘rival’ Michael Keith?
As the leader of the Lib Dems group which has claimed to have ‘opposed the CrossRail hole plan’ affecting the very street where the Brady Centre the venue of the meeting was, shouldn’t Janet Ludlow have been given some noticeable ‘recognition’ by the meeting?
She probably could have been allowed that wish
But she would have been wrong
Very wrong
Because Janet Ludlow had been seen for years as a political poodle to the controlling group on Tower Hamlets Council.
So closely is she identified with that clique that she is frequently seen with and associated with in the Brick Lane area [Brady Centre is in the area] as the leader of ’The B Team’.
The reference to the ‘B Team’ is a reference to the cabal of crooks that is widely believed to constitute the ‘Tower Hamlets Council Blair Party fan club’.
That is different from a significant number of ordinary members of the Labour Party in the Borough.
Many of the card carrying members of the Labour Party in Tower Hamlets are effectively disenfranchised by the Tony Blair regime because of their stands in opposition to the undemocratic behaviour and the sleazing antics and practices of the Blair-held Tower Hamlets Council.
Those Labour Party members have been barred from saying anything about what Michael Keith and his co-clique members have been upto and are upto on Tower Hamlets Council in the name of the Labour party.
But Janet Ludlow is not seen as even remotely as unhappy with the behaviour of the Michael Keith and Blair Party on the Council as members of the ‘Labour Party’ who are nothing to do with the Council, are seen to be.
Janet Ludlow’s affinity and closeness with a number of the corrupt elements in the Brick Lane area who have been identified as being behind the consistently wrong and untruthful reports are now among topics of serious discussion about Ludlow’s bet aryl of the community.
Who is behind Janet Ludlow’ entertainment’ visits to the public houses? The ones that she makes without her own initiative?
And other stories about the ‘policy discussions she holds in pubs’ with her political associates
From AADHIKARonline editions published on 26 April 2006
Who reduced Michael Keith to near tears in the Brick Lane London E1 area? And why was Janet Ludlow shaking with disgust as they retailed the tales of how the Lib Dems had tried to destroy thousands of families lives with their internal deportation programme for the homeless in the 1980s? Why did the otherwise ‘calm’ John Griffiths swear at the audience telling them to EFF OFF?

Factual update on Khoodeelaar! No to CrossRail hole in Brick Lane London E1 campaign’s legal claims against London Mayor Ken Livingstone
and exclusive report on the latest unconstitutional, immoral, illegitimate and anti-democratic behaviour by CrossRail-hole-supporter Mr Ken Livingstone.,
1. Within minutes [on Monday 24 April 2006] of aadhikaronline reporting the Conservative Party Chair Francis Maude's backing to Khoodeelaar! No to Crossrail hole Bill campaign, London Mayor Ken Livingstone had his office send a strange communication to Khoodeelaar! The legal and democratic significance of the Ken Livingstone communication are enormous, especially in the last week before the scheduled local elections on 4 May 2006 2. That communication from the head of Ken Livingstone’s transport department, effectively says that the Khoodeelaar! demands for Ken Livingstone to make full disclosure of all his communications with the clique of corrupt controllers of Tower Hamlets Council are too expensive for the London Mayor to comply with !
3. There is no specific item that the London Mayor has identified in his mayor communication to Khoodeelaar on Monday 24 April 2006 as constituting an allegedly over-the-permitted limit of administration cost request under the Freed of Information Act.
4. The key point is that Khoodeelaar! the campaign against the CrossRail hole Bill attacks plan on the Brick Lane London E1 area, has been issuing ken Livingstone with a series of pre-action [letter before claim] communications and the London mayor has now run out of excuses.
5. At the centre of the Khoodeelaar legal action claims against Ken Livingstone lies in the fact that the mayor has persistently misled Londoners generally and the UK Parliament through his undisclosed deals with the Transport Department and in particular the people of the East End community affected by the CrossRail hole plan.
6. Khoodeelaar! delivered the first demand to ken Livingstone for confirming a number of facts that were linked with the mayor’s release of a news item on 24 March 2006.
7. That was followed within a day or two by other calls on Livingstone to disclose the facts of his dealing with the controlling clique on Tower Hamlets Council.
8. It was again repeated by Khoodeelaar! no to Crossrail hole campaign updating their calls on Livingstone to deal with the factual questions that arose about the stunt from the written statement about the CrossRail hole Bill that was issued in the UK House of Commons by CrossRail hole Minister Alistair Darling on 30 March 2006.
9. The mayor is on record as having touted for the enlisting of the ‘leaders’ and ‘lead members’ of a number of local councils, including the then leader of Tower Hamlets Council [Helal Uddin Abbas] in February 2004 as part of the Livingstone lobby for CrossRail plan.
10. In a Crossrail-hole-plan promotional ‘letter’ published in 2004 under the name of Ken Livingstone together with the names of Helal Uddin Abbas and others from other local Councils, the promotion of CrossRail was made without a single qualification let alone reservation.
11. Khoodeelaar! immediately wrote to both Livingstone and demanded that the Evening Standard publish the truth about the CrossRail hole plan. Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque told the Editor of the London EVENING STANDRDA that their failure to publish the truth about the CrossRail plan [as it still was - because the CrossRail hole Bill was not put before the House of Commons until 22 February 2005, almost a year after Khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque was having the series of demands put on Ken Livingstone and Christine Gilbert to tell the truth of their then role in promoting the CrossRail plan. The EVENING STANADRD failed to publish the truth. As did Ken Livingstone. 12.
That was in February 2004.
13. Khoodeelaar! Organiser Muhammad Haque also wrote to Tower Hamlets Council chief Executive Christine Gilbert in February 2004 and in March 2004 asking for a series of detailed answers to questions about her own role in promoting the CrossRail hole plan including the question as to what advice, if any, had she, Christine Gilbert, given to the ruling clique or group on the Tower Hamlets Council. There was no reply. There has been no reply. 14. When Khoodeelaar! issued the latest then updated series of legal claims against Alistair Darling, ken Livingstone, Christine Gilbert and a few others and said that the application to the High Court in London against them would be filed on Monday 27 March 2006, a number of things immediately happened.
15. Ken Livingstone suddenly issued a news release on 24 March 2006 saying that the CrossRail Dirt hole in the Brick Lane London E1 had been scrapped!
16. And that Ken Livingstone Crossrail-Dirt-hole plan against Brick Lane London E1 area scrapping stunt announcement was then used as the peg for the evening TV news which featured the entire cabal of self-seeking politicos doing their fame slots and assorted other fantasies. They were given more time than khoodeelaar! campaign organiser Muhammad Haque who did say on the record [BBC London News, Friday 24 April 2006] that as far as Khoodeelaar! Was ....., they had immediately asked Livingstone to substantiate the claims of the scrapping of the Crossrail Dirty hole plan and demanded that Livingstone to answer the outstanding detailed KHOODELAAR! no to CrossRail hole questions that had been put to him as based on his unqualified plugs for the CrossRail plan over the previous years
17. Accordingly, Muhammad Haque and Khoodeelaar! campaign sent the detailed further questions immediately and also went to City hall on Monday 3 April 2006 and delivered a series of questions for Livingstone to deal with.
18. On the same occasion [3 April 2006] Khoodeelaar demonstrated the campaign’s opposition to Ken Lisnsgt9ine’s role so far and demanded that Livingstone come out with the overdue answers to the extensive and the very comprehensive KHOODEELAAR! No to the Crossrail hole questions which had arisen from Livingstone’s stunt staged on Friday 24 March 2006.about the alleged scrapping of the CrossRail Dirt hole.
19. Livingstone remained silent 20. Until the aadhikaronline news carried the first detailed transcripts of the Khoodeelaar! Organiser’s Questions and answers encounter with Conservative party chair Francis Maude in Brick Lane in the mid afternoon of Monday 24 April 2006.
21. Ken Livingstone’s head of Transports sent an e-mail which is full of typical Ken Livingstone's dissembling. The concept of dissembling as associated with ken Livingstone on 24 April 2006 had already been spotted and identified a month previously [on Friday 24 March 2006] out by Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque in his news interview with the BBC London political editor Tim Donovan on that date [Friday 24 March 2006].

WHAT is going on in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets? And why is Tariq Ali so relevant to what will be the top topic of political chat on 5 May 2006 in the English Midlands?
From the AADHIKARONLINE edition 24 April 2006 ©AADHIKARONLINE2006
It was remarkable how the issue of the Crossrail hole assault on the Brick Lane London E1 area became the main topic that so many ‘Tower Hamlets Tories’ were ‘raising’ in their exchanges with UK Tory Party Chair Francis Maude during his 2 hour meeting with them held in Brick Lane at lunch time today.
According to staff members of several locally based ‘ethnicity-linked’ ‘publications’ and of the ‘mainstream’ media, CrossRail was a key topic of the many questions to the Conservative Party chair. [To be continued]
A little piece of campaign history has been made this afternoon [Monday 24 April 2006] in the Brick Lane London E1 area - the centre of the Khoodeelaar! no to Crossrail hole movement of the past 28 months - where Conservative Party Chair Francis Maude actually said that his party would oppose the Crassrail hole plan. This comes nearly 3 years after Khoodeelaar! started the campaign to defend Brick Lane London| E1 area against the CrossRail hole assault. Francis Maude was answering questions from Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque as Maude left a Party gathering held in the area.
The Conservative Party Chairman's comments to Khoodeelaar organiser was made shortly after 1 PM today in Brick Lane. This marks the first comment from any UK Tory Party leader on the specific issue of the Crossrail hole in the Brick Lane London E1 area.
The main texts of the questions and the answers between Khoodeelaar organiser Muhammad Haque and the Conservative Party leader were as follows:
